What is the role of the body and DMT in your practice?
I bring together verbal communication and creative expression through the tools of body movement, stories, art, music, metaphors (or any other art form that we might discover or even invent together) in therapy. I believe that our emotions, thoughts, life experiences and ideas have an impact on our body and vice versa. Therapy can be a safe and non judgemental space where we can explore the relationship between our mind and body, and bring desired shifts into the patterns of our thoughts and movements. I believe that each individual have their own way to engage with their body, and these can be explored even when we are interacting via verbal communication, sitting at one place in online sessions. Exploring this uniqueness can be of deep therapeutic value for individuals and groups.
