I am a firm believer in using the body as a tool for reflection, exploration and healing. If the mind is the seat of all thoughts, the body is a seat of emotions and therefore, inadvertently, even in non-movement work,I tend to focus on the body and it's various elements. DMT forms the foundation for most of my work with individuals and groups.
