REFUNDS
If you change your mind about being a member of the IADMT, please note that we do not offer returns or refunds of the membership fee. You can cancel your membership before the next payment cycle is initiated (which you will be notified of in advance of any charges).
If you have been charged more than once, please send us the details of the extra transactions at membership@iadmt.org. We will look into the matter and your refund will be processed via your card or original method of payment after it is approved. You will be informed in advance by Razorpay how many days you can expect the amount to be refunded within.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at membership@iadmt.org.
