What is the role of the body and DMT in your practice?
In my practice, I use movement-based interventions and a body-focused lens to support clients in understanding their own reactions and responses further, and in learning to create safety for themselves in the present. In working with neurodivergent, queer, and therapist clients especially, I find that so much goes on in the body unnoticed due to unique stressors linked to these identities. Hence, I find it all the more crucial to create a space where clients can effectively strengthen their mind-body.
